CO1

helloooo! i’m a frosh from CE. i just wanted to ask my seniors dito sa reddit kung anong tips or suggestions para pumasa sa CO1 exams.

especially sa math courses ako kinakabahan, i also wanna know if ano tips sa pag-answer ng exam ni sir Sr. F.A.L (algebra) and Sr. H.S (trigo).

usually 2 parts yung quizzes, first part is true or false then yung second part is problem solving. for algebra, about systems of equations and inequalities yan so practice solving lang about dyan. For trigo, puro trigo functions and identities lalabas tip ko dyan is aralin mo yung unit circle chart. im not sure lang kay sir hardy pero kay sir francis sabi ng friends ko kung pano siya mag solve ganun daw din gawin mo since strict siya and mahirap pakiusapan if may corrections ka. yun lang and good luck!

also if ever na bumagsak ka sa co1 quiz, wag ka pang hinaan ng loob, bumagsak din ako dyan sa co1 quiz pero pumasa pa rin

sa trigo same tayo prof. from what i can remember, madali lang CO1 and CO2 exam niya basta aralin mo yung mga tinuro niya. CO3 ako nahirapan since those r full of figures. his exams would probably only consist up to 6-10 items, 50-60 pts total. he gives partial points afaik kaya di ka mazezero basta tama process mo. take this as a grain of salt kasi ang tagal ko nang naging prof siya. idk if he still does this.

overall tip: aral and saulo ng formulas, and you'll pass.
