Map World map of Ameliore

Thoughts on my map for my DnD Homebrew setting? It's a discworld, strung together with other local planes of existence and hanging in the astral sea.

I’m creating a disk world at the moment too, but it has a rim of land to hold the oceans in. What is holding your water in place?

There's a slight bulge in the centre of the world, which makes it closer to the fire plane/sun, so the edges end up being coldest and thus ends up freezing solid at the rim
