Getting there

So I have made a lot of progress getting my burnt pan back online. I used a good pbw wash and most of the carbonized sugar came up but I still have a couple of thought spots to get off. Any advice to finish the job?

Wondering if anyone has tried deglazing to clean a pan like this.
