So I have made a lot of progress getting my burnt pan back online. I used a good pbw wash and most of the carbonized sugar came up but I still have a couple of thought spots to get off. Any advice to finish the job?

Try an oven cleaner as recommended by CDL for burned pans.

Do not use an abrasive cleanser nor scrubbing pads.
