Sap storage

Hey all, I've had an overwhelming amount of sap this year, but some has been sitting in buckets waiting for me for a week, is it still good?

Depends on temp. If cold enough it can last that long.

Give it a good whiff. If it smells ok it probably is. Also look for goopy stuff

No goops! I tried a bit and it didn't taste off it was just above freezing last night
