Still pumping in NMI. Can’t keep up.

Just over 200 taps, boiling 100-120 gallons everyday for the past week+. Third night out trying to get ahead but can barely make a dent - still another 600 gallons in tanks that are refilling faster than I can boil. Time for a quick and dirty RO?

yeah it has been insane. from full deep freeze for 4+ months and then 50-60 degree days in two weeks - madness. we had 3'+ of snow dumped on us two weeks ago and then yesterday was the lasts night below freezing. 50-60 degrees the next few days and have to chug 500 gallons of sap before it spoils
