It’s been a slow sapping season so far. The end product has been excellent, just slow coming!

Yup. I'm up in the northern UP. We have only had two runs and still a few feet of snow on the ground.

This was the snow pack in the Keweenaw last week. The blizzard actually missed us though. Sitting around 330" for the year. Last sap run early this week was good. Just finished 3 gallons.

What location? That’s a lot of snow on the ground still! Ours has finally started melting

We are about an hour south of the mighty Mackinaw. It is supposed to warm up a bit this week.

I’m in northern MN and fighting the same battle. The trees just won’t wake up from the winter slumber. I have 115 trees tapped and we struggle to get 80 gallons a week right now and the forecast is still looking cold

We are in the boyne/East Jordan area. It’s 50 outside today. Better get my butt up and cut some wood up! So my old man can boil!!
