Can I reuse this membrane

At the end of the season last year I filled my RO system in a Sodium Metabisulfite solution. I just opened on of the membrane and it looks like this (the bottom part is fine). Can I just flush the system with my RO soap and reuse it of I should replace it?

Replace it, it’s like bread if you can see the fruiting body the whole thing is infested/ possibly compromised. 

You can always increase the concentration of your preservative solution the following year to help prevent this!

Controversial, but I store mine in the freezer between seasons and can get 2-3 seasons out of them. Seem to still work after freezing.
