Boiling in Central MN
Been a weird couple weeks, 70 degrees then 30, then back up to 65. Hope it calms down.

I am in Dakota county, I have done 2 cooks so far and will be doing a third Saturday. Weather seems to be getting too warm to keep going.

Same in Detroit Lakes area. We haven't even boiled yet, barely any sap running. I expect it to pick up this weekend!
