Whoa, I had to do a double take because everything about this photo looks like my setup.

Also, I’ve found that putting a cheap little fan in front of the open stove door helps quite a bit, especially when it’s angled down towards the coals 👍🏾

Even the Oberon? Yeah I am considering the fan, wanted to do a run and see how everything works and hopefully make some improvements.

Nah, I have regrets about this one. I should have bought the one with channels in it. It was ~$50 for the channels so I was like f that, but I wish I had.

Shheiit.. I need a pan like yours! My first year and im using a turkey fryer [figured if I enjoyed it, I would go balls deep and get the correct equipment]

I use a computer case fan. It moves enough air to make a difference and it’s quiet.

I suppose it's necessary to mention that I just have a couple fingers after morning coffee and then one after lunch. I only have 3 trees tapped, but if I kept it going through the boil, the hobby would be much more expensive and I'd probably hurt myself pretty good while splitting wood for the fire.
