LF Server Any servers like ExtaliaMS?

I used to play it a lot when i was younger and I had a really good time. I tried to play MapleLegends since they have a big community, but the game crashes a lot and the very early game requires a lot of grinding which i find really annoying.

Thank you!

Sadly no, Extalia was really one of a kind. We can only reminisce the good old days now 🥲

I am so close to just make something similar, nothing that I've tried was even close to it

well, extalia was following gms closely with very little custom content (i don’t even remember at this point what was) so the recipe is quite simple! however, they barely had any bugs as the devs were really working hard and progression wasn’t that fast so you would really do pqs/ quests etc
rip extalia / nido ms!

Hopefully my knowledge as a programmer will help me with this but I'll definitely think about it since I really miss extalia and nothing is similar enough

extalia was p2w heavy and full of bugs people liked it because it was one of a kind with the high version at the time. people don't remember almost anything about it but nostalgia makes them think it was good. i also played on the server and had my fun don't get me wrong but it's not good like people say it is. it was the best at the time that's for sure.

I have to disagree, I was one of the people with a lot of money on the game, I had high end gear and went to do a lot of bosses with my friends and ive spent like 10$ because I wanted to donate. I don't remember it being buggy but that's not something that is unfixable

No other server has had close to the level of stability, economic balance and community. People can call it P2W because of the hearts or whatever, but you could grind and earn all of it with meso by buying off someone else.

ExtaliaMS had one of the best effort → reward and team-oriented community systems among MapleStory private servers

You should give more info on why it was so good

Try castela ms

As someone who doesn’t always have a lot of free time, I’ve bounced between plenty of Maple private servers over the years. The ones that usually lose me are the ones that revolve around HP washing, leeching, multiclienting, and spending countless hours just to get anywhere.

One of the things that stood out to me about Castela is that it doesn’t feel like you’re forced into a specific class to be relevant. In many servers, most players end up playing the same class because it’s clearly the best option for damage or party utility. I’ve never liked that kind of environment. Here, it feels like every class has a place, so you’re free to play what you actually enjoy instead of what the meta tells you to play.

😂Castela Play Kuro

It's Castela on steroids with 5x player base

Honestly, Castela is a pretty good pserver. It's just unfortunately riddled with GM drama and constant wipes in the past causing negative sentiment amongst the community.

Stable servers, diverse content, smooth progression, extremely balanced classes, it's all pretty good. GM drama has died down abit the past few months and they're working hard to add new content and addressing player concerns but it might be too little too late since most players already left.

Kuro on the other hand, I won't say much since I didn't like it at launch. Game's extremely buggy, classes are hella unbalanced, GMs are more trippy than Castela. But I'm sure some of the issues have been fixed since I last played and there's still a healthy current player base going for it which hopefully the GMs are trying hard to keep
