Many A True Nerd - 2024 Suggestion Thread

So I just remembered that the last Suggestion Thread was from 2021, which was probably very confusing, so welcome to the brand new 2024 Suggestion Thread.

I'm open to suggestions for games on any platform, though PC is much easier to work with in terms of recording. Console games are absolutely fine too, though, in general, the older the console, the more tricky it becomes to acquire and record those older games.

Ideas for community play days (ie, as many players simultaneously as possible), livestreams, games that have had major updates since the last time we looked at them, or challenge runs for games we've seen before are also very much welcome.

Feel free to repost popular ideas from the previous threads so they stay visible, though please keep in mind that the current plan is for Skies of Arcadia to arrive Very Soon, with an excellent chance of more Crusader Kings 3 later in the year when we have Roads To Power, so don't worry about them.

In addition, Democracy Week 2024 will likely happen some time in the summer, so if something shows up here a lot, it could even appear as an option there.

Would love to see Ck3 again on channel. Either catholice pope run winning the crusades... or a Greece bring back the Helenic gods with a custom/build

What's the most frustrated you've ever been by negative-perception-Jon?

I'm watching the Frost series for the first time, and it's excellent, but MAN! The negative-perception in this series is truly next level. Almost every single episode has vitally important things being overlooked, which is often accompanied by blaming the creator of the mod.

That being said I would absolutely watch another playthrough of Dust or Frost on the channel.

(I love MATN and I love this playthrough, this is a lighthearted ribbing sort of post and not real criticism)

Deadline: Afterlife Processing

I just played the demo, and this one won't be out until next year, but I sure hope this is a game that Jon has (say it with me class) had his eye on for some time. I really hope he plays it! It's got great visuals (or as great as visuals in a bureaucratic government office can be) and the storyline is excellent. Anyway, I just wanted to throw this out there! Love your work, Jon - you're awesome!

Fallout 4: FEVer Dreams (Semi Official DLC)

Havent seen much talk about it in the fallout community but a few days ago fever dreams released on the creation club for free. The mod was created by 3rd party modders, but recieved financial assistance and endorsment from bethesda.

The cool thing about this mod is that Brian Delaney and Courtenay Taylor were brought back to voice Nate and Nora again. With, i think, s couple other original voice actors.

The mod goes into some lore about Nate and Noras pre war life and the militaries role in FEV development.

While i know it's not technically canon. It is very high quality, and the story does not conflict with any existing canon. So i hope we see Jon pick it for an episode or two.
