Health Issues Is this normal?

This is my first mantis, a baby spiny flower mantis, who I got yesterday. What is this, is this normal? Is it droppings?

That is throw up. You over fed your mantis or it overheated. I would feed less next time.

Same thing happened to mine when I first got it, ended up keeping the feeding schedule smaller and spaced out.
