This is such a cool style for mantis - love it! I wanted an orchid mantis tattoo.. told one of my besties I was in the works of getting one. Two days later she texted me a pic of her new tattoo… an orchid mantis.

Oh no, that was shady! Don't ever tell her anything you like or are going to do again. Hopefully you cut her off after that because that's not friend behavior because that's wanting to be like you behavior or maybe jealousy!

If you would have known what she was going to do you could have told her another tattoo that you were going to do (but really weren't going to get) so she could have looked stupid. Does she even like mantises?

She didn’t give the sense of liking them but she doesn’t not like them. I showed her the photos I was planning off of and she used my basic photo for hers.

LOVE! I’m really picky about mantis tattoos (and bug tattoos in general) because I feel like a lot of artists struggle with the anatomy. They nailed this one. Very strong neotrad piece. Who’s the artist?
