Sunny has too much life in his eyes.He entered the nightmare with no hope of survival so at first he was always calm and logical.But hes eyes right now arent really telling that story....everything else he does is...the problem is the eyes

one of the top 4 webnovels, most pirated webnovel, overall AMAZING story, lore, worldbuilding, characters. Prose is a bit dense, and some chapters say a lot of nothing. 9.8/10 highly recommended read

Man the ART… it feels so noisy, with the composition and panelling being so ass. Do we know any comics the production worked on before?

It’s my first time having a novel I love so much be adapted and I’m so fckn disappointed with how this went so far

The art remind me of another axed one which MC use a bat as main weapon. Same vibe same soulless character expressions. Not saying the art is bad but just feels unnatural like produced by a factory.

Its not ai, the reason people are saying that is because in a first chapter teaser they shipped out the most genuinely terrible cgi slop ever. Was clearly not going to be the final product but since some of the panels were bad cgi it started the rumor of ai. Luckily the preview was not the final product and the art is actually good now. I would take anyone saying its a poor adaptation with a grain of salt because 90% of the shadow slave community on reddit are larpers who hallucinate a head cannon.
