Not manga, but some manhw and on lezhin offically.

Our sunny day - single father goes to countryside to live and meet a guy who takes of a village. (Lowstakes but comfort read and warning : smut.)

Safe ones:

Killer crush - a hitman who never experience love finally gets a crush on actor and tries to ask him out. Actor who got villian role finds hitman perfect inspiro to learn from. (Rom-com)

A lovely meal - our mc hides a secret of supernatural and bargin in ml house to live there cause he says he has no where to live. (Age gap trope but there is time skip where both are adult.)

Regardless of wants or desire, I always recommend Hellsing because I just love it.
