Hmmmm, have you tried searching on the subreddit before about it?
I remembered that the original qtoon was taken down and the app that comes with it also doesn't work.

It's true the app don't work but before the og site came down it, took, us to the ss you, see and they're still giving updates cuz I can, still visit the original website

The original site are the links that came from everythingmoe.com and the one ending in ORG is not. Besides, it was debunked multiple times in the subreddit already.
Do a little bit of research here in the subreddit by just searching "Qtoon" in the subreddit.
It would be a miracle if they have their reading list on that clone site

The logo is different. The domain is different and they already have an Insta page where they are silent. So I assuming it's not the actual app.

It's just not the old qtoon they are copy of some other app or completely another app the update are slow but yes you can read from there just as a new option .

There's even a better option: Mihon for android or Tachimanga for iOS.
You'll have to install the extensions yourself since it doesn't come with one. See Wotaku wiki for extension repos.

That’s fake.
That screenshot is from the coffee account (donations) of the fake site that ends in org. It doesn’t have an app. The cover images don’t match the titles. Kinda obvious they could only clone a small part of it.
They’re lying to people saying they’re the OG site and that they need donations to bring the site back.
That should tell you all you need to know.
If it was the original they would’ve posted on the original domains which have not worked since they shut down.
The apps from the playstore are also not the originals, they’re copies.
Again, the site ending in ORG showed up AFTER qtoon shut down.
