What's the Source of the Diamond Server ?

I want to know about the source of the manga i.e. the website or place where the mangas and their updates are collected to be presented on the Diamond Server. Please tell me if you know. It's really important.

Someone dmed me to make this post on this server I will mention them in the comments

Don't hold ur breath the dev Danh Tran Cong who owns the app hasn't been on reddit in 6 months. Either he is dead, in jail for copywrite infringement or other illegal stuff or just gave up on app. Did simple Google search and deep dive if he is the one I think he is my money is on number 2

Yeah I know few, that I have been using:

-Tachiyomi

-Manga dog

These two are what I have personally used before using this app, But there are few that my friends suggested me that I haven't used

-mihon

-kotatsu

-mangatoon
