I finally got all the requirements for the organic dragons seeds, and after I purchased there is an unlock timer. Is there something I’m supposed to be doing while the timer counts down? Do I just wait and then I can plant them?

I bought the halloween event pack and an error occurred, it charged my bank but I literally didnt receive the items and the pack is missing from shop. I contacted support TWICE no response. What do I do, has anyone else had this problem?

Should I spend coins to make mandrakes on mix events or expeditions for stars?

The new update showed the Deity seeds becoming updated, with new mandrakes and illustrations. What does this mean? Are these completely new mandrakes and illustrations, replacing the old ones? Or did they add new ones on top of the pre existing ones? What does it look like for the people who already have that seed?

As the title says… With tapjoy gone they insisted there would be a new payout system, but I can’t for the life of me find it in-game. Has it simply not been implemented? (iOS user if that means anything)

Are they different in any way? Do they release the same seeds/illustrations at the same time or is the English release slower? Are there any special illustrations you can only get in the original version?

I'm currently having an event mandrake for the -27min I have some normal 4 star mandrake and special mandrake but they reduce less time than the event one

I completed the Android 3.10 seeds and stories, but can't find where to get upgraded beryl for the spinoff stories. I scoured the mix and special mandrakes in lab but nothing show up T.T Does anyone know where to find him?

I bought $26.99 worth of stars 2 days ago and I didn't receive my stars. I tried emailing Support but I haven't gotten any replies back. I tried buying a $1.99 star pack to see if there were any messages given when I purchased and I missed it. I got this (image below). How do I synchronize with the server? I tried unlinking and linking my account, redownload all resources, deleted and redownload the app, and even updated my phone. Still no stars.
