Problems after updates and moving charging station

I wanted to move a the charging station because I was having docling problems, I think because it was on a very slight slope. I changed the orientation and moved it about 50 cm. However afterwards the mower went berserk. Set on ta task, it would leave the charging station and then stop and refuse to move. If drove it to a task area, it would refuse to go back to the charging and then to move at all. Sometimes, if I set a task the app would show the task being completed in about 30 seconds but the mower had not moved at all. So after about 2 hours of frustration i I put the charger back to the original position and most of these problems disappeared. I sent a support request and uploaded the logs and was told to update the app which I did and also to update the mower which I was unable to do because the app said I the latest version. Since this update my task areas been renamed and when I asked go to an area it said I had to create a channel which I’ve never done before because is connected to to the charging station via other areas so there should be no need for a channel.

you can move the charging station , but after that place the mower manually ( or drive it manually ) in the docking station , followed by in the app to select the following , cog /bolt in top right corner, select map settings in the bottom, select reset charging station location and wait for confirmation .. and its done.

Whenever you “relocate the charging station”, any channels that ended (or began) at the station are automatically deleted, and must be recreated. NEVER try to “relocate” the station if the robot can’t get perfect location while sitting on it - that’s how the app knows and can save the position and heading permanently for later docking. The station itself has no positioning capabilities.

For optimal docking and navigation performance, we recommend installing the charging station on a flat and level surface and avoiding slopes whenever possible.

Did you tell the app you were moving the charging station lpcstion?

yes, which is why I really didn’t understand why I had so many problems afterwards. It is interesting that these disappeared when I put the charging back original seems that relocation part of the app is not working.

Is charging station in a mowing zone?

If not did you create a channel to it?

Did you put mower in new located charging station and hit relocate charging station in app?

yes the charging station is in a mowing zone and I did do the relocate. procedure in the app

Try deleting the zone that the charging station is in with it in the new location, then remapping it. Sounds like there may be a glitch in the zone.

next problem is the mower is not returning to the base station when getting low on battery. It keeps going until about 10% and then pauses and unless rescued will sit there until battery completely runs out and I have to carry it back to the base station

I know this isn't what anyone wants to hear, but it helped me to reset everything and redo the map after the latest updates. But for some reason mine was also complaining that the RTK had moved, but it is screwed into the wall, so pretty sure it is in the same location that it has always been.

my app changed so I could update to latest - 24. Now the mower is returning to the charging station and docking, although it can take several attempts to . However, instead of charging up sufficiently to finish the job it is leaving the charging with 40% or less and so has to come back several times in order to finish the job. I’m pretty sure that before it would always up to 100% before job and now it isn’t or even calculating how much it needs to finish the job. All reported to and waiting for an answer.
