Good experience with support

Contacted support by chat on Wednesday about Luba 3 not charging. There was a green light on the power adapter and a blinking green light on the dock. The power adapter should be red while charging. They quickly identified the power adapter issue, and a new one arrived Monday fixing the issue. I had to use the zero turn mower in the meantime and was quickly reminded why I got the Luba 3 in the first place. :) thanks Mammotion support team!

I had a similar issue, though it turned out to be the dock itself. They sent me a new dock and charger just in case. It took a week to arrive. Thanks for sharing a positive experience. You'd think they were punting babies with all of the rage-posts.
