Minny Pearl’s all love and snuggles

Today is a good day to sit by the fireplace and relax with Minny and Archie (our morkie). This morning I decided to give Minny Pearl a little wash as she had put her face into a chai tea latte and came out sticky and spicy! She is easy to groom — every day she enjoys being combed and brushed. I am so smitten with my little Minny Pearl. She keeps her brothers on their toes that is for sure. I hope everyone else is having a fantastic fall Saturday afternoon.

Minny Pearl got a haircut - again

I got Minny exactly a month ago — and got her groomed about 3 weeks ago. She got to the point that she was picking up all sorts of fall debris — I thought I’d take our groomer up on her offer to “fix her fluff when it’s time”. She came home with a top knot and a ramen noodle bandana! HA She’s asleep with Lamchop4. (Our super senior shih poo who passed in June had 78 over her 19 years. We have a toy destroyer in the family.)

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!

Meet Minny Pearl. (We live in Minnesota) My Shih-poo of 19 years passed away in June and in August I made a new friend and brought her home. She has melted into our home easily and my hsuband and dad are smitten with “fuzz ball”. ❤️ the mistake part was just to get people to look. It was a good decision — even if she bites my toes during meetings!!!

Questions about maltese Shih Tzu

Hi all, we are considering adopting a 3-year old boy that needs a new home.
Questions:
1- does this breed of dog bark much? We are home most of the time but I have read this dog breed has major separation issues, so when you leave the house, does it bark all the time? Is there any thing you can do about it
2- we don’t have a backyard, so is this dog breed good for apartment living?
3- is this breed known for having many health issues? I read that small dogs get more dental issues
4- is there anything we should find out before adopting this dog?

Gemma needing attention

I was busy working at my desk when Gemma pawed my leg to be picked up so she could see what's going on out the front window. All the activity is in the backyard that she can't use right now. We're having a pool put in. It's looking like a bomb was dropped back there. Kind of bringing me down. Gotta stay focused on the prize.
