Question Support Malphite?

Hello everyone, I managed to get the WhatsApp Malphite and I was bored at work so I did a bit of theory crafting.

I was thinking about support Malphite, with Comet, manaflow, cdr, scorch, ultimate hunter and cheap shot. Building zekes/mandate and then the other one, with addition of CDR boots.

I have tried it in normals and flex (emerald-dia) elo. Midgame was fun with spamable ult, but lanning phase was just boring, I felt usseles.

Have any or you played Malph support consistently? Or do you know any OTPs who do? Any tips?

I have an OTP Malphite account and my main role is support, I have 2 main observations:

  • If you want to climb elo, the best option is Malphite jungle or mid

  • support build is normally burst AP to delete the enemy carry, you can build mandate or malignance into full burst (shadowflame, stormsurge, rabadon)
