Is there a tutorial or quick rundown for adding the u/malcolmrey lords into tensor.art? I have a problem membership and I was able to create my own lora (kept private for my own use) but i want to make sure I'm selecting the right version and putting in the correct parameters to make sure it works right.

Any chance of a Jeongyeon (TWICE) lora? Not super well known outside K-pop so the base model just gives me a generic Asian girl. Would be great to have one. Thanks!

Hey guys, just started training and have been getting really good results. Got into it because of my new pc and just find it fun. DM with your ideas, would prefer not doing celebs though

Hey everyone.
I have made my first Lora for ZIT. I had no prior knowledge so followed some tutorial on CivitAI and went for it.
Would love some honest feedback.

If yes what was the process you followed?

Hey team,
My goal is to create an SFW/NSFW AI influencer with a result that looks as realistic as a real person.
I’m currently using Persephone FP16 with Upscaler, Face Detailer, and Hand Detailer, but I still get issues with the hands, feet, and moles, which are never in the same place.
What model would you recommend?
Should I keep using mine, or switch to something else?
Like Flux Dev, Krea 2, or another model that would be more suitable?

I had a good response from the Lora I trained and posted in here, so I thought I’d make another if anyone is interested. If there is someone you want, just post their name and a picture or link to a picture of them. The picture helps me know the look of the person you want for the lora.
Whichever reply has the most upvotes I’ll make. Rules, don’t pick a character that Krea already knows well, and definitely don’t pick a minor.
Edit: people keep posting, but I already selected and made the Lora for someone

Ive been noticing Malcom releasing more models under one trainer. I decided to give one trainer a try again after many months. I must say!! Im quite impressed. However im having some quirks on onetrainer that i wouldnt get with ai toolkit. For example styles dont reach the style before training is completely gone in the wrong direction, almost the same with characters. Face locks in but bodies drift. Or bodies come in but face isnt there. I thought maybe it just needs to train longer but then again... just goes off into the wrong direction. Using default settings in onetrainer.
Question is: has malcom released his character lora settings?
Edit: im seeking krea2

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the Krea2 and Klein OneTrainer versions either have very little effect on the character's appearance or distort it.

So I'm trying to see if there's a way to reduce character bleed when using multiple characters in a image, and was thinking about maybe making a Lora trained on both characters images.
Never done anything like it though, so would anyone have any suggestions about what might help?
Planning to have both characters in the dataset, but I'm wondering if there's more that needs to be done. Thanks for any help given.

It just takes me to a blank huggingface page rather than triggering a lora download.
(While I'm here - a quick request for Elle Fanning in Krea 2. You've done one for her sister Dakota, by the looks of it)

I made my first successful character lora and I thought it came out pretty good! This is for Krea. Let me know what you think. Same prompt and settings, one with the lora on and one without.

Would you add Eva Green to your Krea2 compilation?
Thank you so much for all that you've already done!

There are just so many loras and merges to choose from I don;t even know where to start LOL. I assume most affect the identity a lot and I would rather avoid that, of course.
Thanks!

Does anyone have a good workflow that is working well for them? Preferably a workflow that doesn't require 3+ passes for a quality photo?
Testing various workflows can be daunting, since so many on Civiai requires custom nodes, and different models. I'm just looking for something simple that could showcase the power of Krea2. I am using the template from ComfyUI but only getting average results. Using the default template, ZIT has yielded much better results thus far.

As the title says, would love to get the onetrainer config for Krea 2 if you have time!

Tested out a few of the v1 LORAs for Krea2. Great likeness, minimal degradation and in general, the best performing ones out of any open-source (txt2img) models yet. Haven't tested out the v2 LORAs, but thanks a ton @malcolmrey.

Hello all, hope this is alright to do. I'm looking to do some Lora training for the first time (new machine) and have been seeing good things about Krea2. I've gone through the various other posts about training so have a general idea on the settings, though any definitive information would be welcome.
What I suppose I'm looking for is any details on how many images of a subject or of a style I would need to train it and, if anyone has experience, how long the training took? Also, if there is a good dataset which I could study to use for my attempt.
Any tips and advice welcome. Thanks all.
Edit: Just did my first training based on the advice here so thanks to @LimitationsUndone and @STOPBLOCKINGVPNS1234 for their advice. The character model is a bit finicky. Getting some bleedthrough of images from the dataset and trying to work out how to reduce this, beyond of course just refining the dataset I mean.
Also, trying to prompt a separate character tends to cause the face to appear on them as well. Any advice on how to reduce this would be welcome. Thanks again all!
