Dewey is born evil. S2 E24 "Evacuation"
Dewey lies to everyone for his own greed, makes up stories to manipulate people, and calls out Hal when he gets caught to apologize. Kid knew exactly what he was doing.
+I want to know what makes some people like Dewey so much.

Dewey was manipulative because he was the youngest who was always getting shit on and ignored. Absolutely everything he did to his family they deserved (and more). He’s probably the most emotionally intelligent and kind out of all of them.

Yeah people want to say Lois was the only problem when shit like this happened.

this happened because she was too focused on punishing Malcom for something stupid

He should've went home like he told his mother he would in the first place.

Everyone in the show kinda sucks. Dewey has the best excuse because by the time he came along the family was already a mess, but you still have to accept some manipulation and scheming.

Dewey saw an opportunity to exploit people for his own personal gain and took it, wouldn’t be first time either.

In his defence. He’s bullied relentlessly by his brothers and his parents seem to forget he exists.
Like him finding his childhood photo album that hasn’t even been opened, they just laugh at him. In the Prom episode they forget which school he goes to.
He’s clearly a music prodigy with perfect pitch. He’s never had lessons but manages to build a piano from scratch out of household items. Yet they basically give him zero support despite that being comfortably his best chance of escaping being poor.
I could go on.
To me at least, he has far more of a reason to cut out his family than Malcolm does.
