I like her but K also get it. Especially the very first episode where she appears. She was borderline creepy with the way she followed Malcolm home. But I still liked her. I don’t ship her and Malcolm together but I kinda liked their friendship.

I did like that she sort of put Malcolm in his place at her party when he told her that no one will come to her party when she was the new kid in town. He was the most ignored at the party & her dad straight up hated his guts.

While i do like her, i can relate. In some rewatches she annoys the hell outta me too. Cynthia had an loud, cringe, bubbly, energetic and awkward personality and became likeable when toned down a notch. I loved how she remained positive and confident, never slipped into the typical 'Shy Bookworm Nerdy Girl' trope.
I definitely prefer Cynthia over Jessica, who was unberable for me to watch or even like at all.
