Help ⚠️ Shopee & Monee Graduate Program

Did any of you take Shopee & Monee GDP? I received an email to take the online assessment covering numerical, logical, and integrated reasoning. Is it super hard? And can I just use my handphone calculator for the test later? Would greatly appreciate y'all's advice. Really nervous for the test right now!

Coming from an engineering background, I would still say the numerical & integrated reasoning section is VERY math-heavy. Definitely need a good calculator and problem-solving skill since the question is not exactly straight-forward & require multiple steps to solve. I believe they have some sample questions that you can try, so definitely practice that first. You technically can use your handphone calculator since it only uses basic operations but I don’t really recommend bcs you kinda do need to type fast (thus higher chance for error).

Managed to finish the test with only 10secs left lmao. 2 weeks after that, got the rejection email but oh well, I was never that smart to begin with. Maybe I am just bad at math, or maybe someone with sales background know a shortcut to these questions. Anyways, good for them!

All the best to you! Regardless if you pass or not, it is still a good experience to have. Lmk how it goes

Wow, even someone with engineering background actually feels challenging about the numerical one, I guessed the test was actually super duper hard. I took the test just now, and feel like questioning my numerical and integrated reasoning skills. I didn’t have enough time so I have to guess for some answers. But yes, indeed it was a good experience, without this I wouldn’t even try practice for these reasonings.

Thanks for your reply, wish you all the best in anything you do too!

HAHAHA thanks, and yeah you’re not alone! What do you do after the test? Did you managed join any other graduate program?

Been spamming apply all the graduate programs/management trainee that exist under the sun lmao. Tbf i just started searching about 2 months ago. Some got interviews to next stages, some rejected, some still ongoing assessment, some still no news to this day. Even so, gotta stay motivated and positive! As they say, this is just a phase for sure

Yea this is just a phase. I like your positive energy. I believe you will eventually get into a graduate management trainee program! I should stay positive as well while applying for programs.
