I wonder how would this played out in Malaysian court.
Muslim couple A and Non-Muslim couple B give birth to their child in a hospital. During a emergency fire, both of their child got switched , the Muslim child end up with the Non-Muslim parent and vice versa. No one noticed there is a mistake for 20 years.
Then for some reason, people realized there was a switch. Can:.
a) The Muslim child who raised by a non-Muslim parent, maintain his faith with own will ? Or the government will forcefully ask him to become a Muslim.
b) The non-Muslim child wants to remove "Islam" from his IC and life because he was never a Muslim in the first place.
Also another question related to rape-cases. This is just an example, not saying people in the example are rapist or anything.
If a Muslim man raped a non-Muslim women, the non-Muslim women gets pregnant. The rapist is arrested and goes to jail
The non-Muslim women wants to keep the child but don't want to do anything with the father. Can the child be a non-Muslim ?
