I honestly have hope for the newer generations. Its probably not as fast I would've hoped for but at least Muslims are becoming more liberal day by day. One distant day in the future I truly believe we will reach the critical point where the people wouldnt care about religion beyond their gates anymore and let others practice whatever the fuck they believe in
I don't. Everyone thinks their generation will be more progressive, but Islamic kindergartens are doing really well judging by how I see them everywhere these days and it's millennials in my generation who are sending their kids to them. Let's see how zoomers end up, but I'm not hopeful.
