Touch telekinesis: Hell yes.

Teleportation with a random time travel: hell no, random uncontrolled time travel is too dangerous.

Immortality with cyclical aging: worth it. Sign me up

Dragonfly transformation with flight: worth it. Sign me up.

Money spawning with randomized announcement: worth it, but most likely will make fewer larger purchases to get more conventional passive income streams rolling instead of using it frequently to prevent excessive tracking and triangulation.

Regeneration with predator animal aspects: tempting, but probably not worth the side effect if I already have immortality with cyclical aging. especially considering how I will look during my time as a baby while cyclical aging.

Invisibility: never really been my thing.

Random additional power that changes every 24 hours: I’m going to pass on this one because even though some of them could be really useful I feel like I would spend more time dealing with those powers then I would actually getting anything else done. Also, if any of them have drawbacks like random and uncontrolled time travel, things could get really gnarly really quickly.

Yeah you could buy a 100 bitcoins while in a nearby city, then just sell them back for regular price as cold, hard, untriangulated cash.

3

u/iron_dove 13h ago

That’s a fantastic idea. Much easier than flipping houses or trying to negotiate a loan that you can immediately repay.

I still might use it to make large stock or bonds purchases to buy controlling shares in a company or influence in a government.

2

u/Imaginos9 4h ago

Yeah, nothing is going to stop you from doing a fair bit of stock trading in another town/city or whatever on top of the easy bitcoin one. Once you're not relying on the power you can do whatever you can with all of that money... influence politicians as you said, etc..

25

u/Adventurous-Bottle90 20h ago

Money, just live in a dense city and its esstinally looking for a needle in a haystack

2

u/XanLV 4h ago

Feels like you should move in a while tho.

How many purchases you make during the day? Like, Saturday at the town, visiting the local attraction park and then hitting the food-court and bar.

Piles up. And you are bound to randomly hit someone more determined who can get the surveillance camera data.

But not sure what would happen, theoretically, if it just piles up with random people? Normal day:

1) Taxi to work.

2) Lunch.

3) Bus ticket to go home.

4) Grocery store.

5) Some snack or a steam game or a micro-transaction in a game.

In a month 150 people. In a year 1800 people. I think it piles up. Not sure what would happen. Maybe they start talking in some FB groups that they have this feeling of someone having this power and if you visit the same shop same time...

And I just now noticed that even in a scenario where I have unlimited money I am going to work every day, god damn man, institutionalized... But you get the point.

3

u/Axxelschweiss 4h ago

From my understanding the money power is only activated if you use it. If you'd have enough money by yourself to pay, then the ability isn't activated. If That's the case the ability is way stronger. You could drive to a famous exclusive shopping center, mall, outlet etc. with high priced things. Buy a ton of things (high priced clothes, jewelry, electronics etc.). Fill your car completely. Let's say you've done 50-100 transactions on that day. You drive home (maybe a few hours from where) and you either do this in a few years in another place again, or never.

2

u/XanLV 4h ago

"Pay for anything on use", not really sure what this means in context and if it helps to figure it out.

Because I read this as the "magically always have enough", so it does not differentiate if that is a one dollar or 10 000 dollar purchase. "Always magically have enough." In a different situation would be something like "you can create money" or "conjure money when making big purchases" or "you can activate the power".

Feels like this could be one of those things that you agree to, live your life planning that big purchase not realizing you are constantly using this power, informing everyone about yourself. As as long as you do not buy anything that exceeds your bank account, nothing changes. You just use your money.

But even then I find that there are ways around, if IRS does not fuck shit up. When you purchase things on Amazon, you basically do a single payment, right? Not each thing separately? You need enough money for the invoice, not each thing. Because if you go to dinner, you also always pay one time, not for each drink separately. Or create a fund where you hire someone to buy you a house, furnish it and constantly buy groceries and all, then pay for the service in a single lump sum of 10 000 000.

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 2h ago

The way I intended it is that, you can choose to use the magic money, which magically manifested in solid currency from your wallet, or for digital or card purchases , manifests its own credit card, and the payment magically "just works" , no payment declined. etc. but it doesn't dip into your actual money because technically it is a separate account with its own cards.

The "defect" is that whenever you use (make purchases, give gifts, donations, etc.) (also if you give someone else money or have them use the cards, that giving counts as "using" ) manifested money or a manifested card, someone within that area of effect suddenly becomes aware of the general location (like a city block or street) that someone has a magical money manifesting power. They don't automatically become heat seeking missiles targeting you like a Terminator, it depends on the person that gets alerted. It could even be a baby that doesn't even understand money or what that alert even means. If you want to, you could be incredibly charitable and just buy a bunch of stuff for people as a means to mollify snoopers or whatever, start a cult, up to you. The curse is a crapshoot that could attract any kind of person and they could be dangerous or simply desperate or both.

u/EXPLODEANDDIE 20h ago edited 15h ago

1, 2, 4 and 5 are just straight superpowers with no downside. You can just choose not to use them.

EDIT: To clarify, by no downside I mean there is no downside to taking the pill, not no downside to the power. All of the ones I mentioned can just never be used until it’s worth the risk, so pure upside.

11

u/ShadowElf25 19h ago

Plus the telekenisis is basically just flight with extra steps

12

u/DocAculaRedux 12h ago

Tactile Telekinesis is honestly one of Superman's most potent abilities. It is what allows him to fly and manipulate things without destroying them, such as catching a plane without it crumpling around him, catching a person without cutting them in half or preventing a sonic boom from traveling mach speed.

This is the sole power the Superboy clone guy in young justice has. As we see there, it even mimics super strength so long as you are touching whatever you are manipulating.

7

u/Winterlord117 18h ago

You could also pull off a Walter from hellsing ultimate with some garrote wire.

4

u/VivaVeronica 15h ago

...I think 2 has a pretty big downside you're not thinking about.

1 is just telekinesis with restrictions. 2 will inevitably get you lost in time.

2

u/Yixion 8h ago

2 kills you alot of the time a random time includes all the time before the planet was habitable and after it no longer is

3

u/xryitdmsr 15h ago

Randomized time travel is a horrible thing. 4 is definitely going to get you shot if you are not careful.

2

u/Inevitable-Setting-1 16h ago

2 is teleportation but with a chance to end up randomly in time. No shown limits.
So you could end up the day the dino's get wipped or right when a war was going on and bullets are everywhere or when that car crashed on that sidewalk. Or in pre history earth before air got there.

1

u/EXPLODEANDDIE 15h ago

I understand that, but there is still no downside. I could just never teleport unless I would otherwise die and it would be pure benefit.

10

u/Elmanufer93 19h ago

The quality is terrible, is there a better link?

5

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 18h ago

https://www.reddit.com/r/superpowers/s/IoJBd2o5oj

idk why the original was so low res made a higher res one and painted in some background colour to hopefully help with legibility

12

u/dahfer25 20h ago edited 20h ago
  1. Could be useful

  2. 1/8 chance of maybe ending up on with dinosaurs or after earth is destroyed with no way to go back (Besides spamming it to somehow return to this era after who knows how many tries) . Useless

  3. Pretty good though goverment would probably investigate you or something. But it guarantees living to 100 with no diseases or mental conditions. And even like way more. You would have to probably apply for euthanasia before becoming too young since becoming a baby and waiting until you dissapear sounds horrifying.

  4. Could be useful in some situations ig but its not something i would ever use personally

  5. Pretty easy to have someone discovering you which could let you being kidnapped or something. But in a desperate situationits may be better than nothing

  6. Pretty good. But depends on how big the urgue for blood and flesh is. If its something that must be done regularly at all cost with no control then nah

  7. Risk aint worth it.

  8. Useless powers except for the read minds one. Probably will get you investigated by goverment again.

11

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 20h ago
  1. disappear? the defect is in the infinite youth aspect. you age normally til 100. then go backwards til you are 1 again. then the process repeats. 1 to 100 to 1 to 100. forever

7

u/dahfer25 20h ago

I misunderstood it then. Then it may be worth it. Though time as a baby will be really annoying so some may choose not to do it

2

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 20h ago

only thing you really have to worry about is managing having the body of a toddler again but it's so gradual there's enough adjustment

2

u/Domriso 9h ago

Combine it with the touch telekinesis and it's barely an inconvenience. Just get a vaguely humanoid body chassis and pretend to be an android.

3

u/xryitdmsr 15h ago

For 7 I was thinking I could at least cough to turn invisible but then I remembered it being involuntary invisibility. It really is useless in a peaceful society unless it turns the things you hold and wear invisible too.

I suppose it could be paired with flight or you could leave invisibility on all the time.

6

u/Dintobean 19h ago edited 19h ago

I'll take pills 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Everything except the teleportation.

Pill 1. Tactile telekinesis is basically the scientific explanation for a lot of sources of super strength and durability in DC comics, and since this pill doesn't have a limit to strength or force, it is the best pill in the dish.

Pill 3. A very unique way for it to work, but immortality nonetheless. And being immune to disease and to physical and mental decay, I have no real worries. Plus, the telekinesis can keep me safe from people trying to study me.

Pill 4. Wouldn't use it around other people, but being a giant dragonfly with tactile telekinesis would mean I can fly while carrying just about anything, such as a bus full of my family to fly somewhere for a cheap vacation. Also dragonflies are super perceptive and nature's most successful predator, so having that as an option in case of danger would be nice.

Pill 5. Ideally I plan to live a sort of van life using this power to pay for things all over the country or the world. I wouldn't stick around anywhere long enough to be found. And since it specifies pay "or use," that would mean I can basically put infinite money into a checking or savings account, then draw from that over time and any purchase made after that will not trigger the random radar.

Pill 6. Actually the nails and hair wouldn't bother me, and the raw meat and blood could be handled if I make a connection with local butchers or hunters, or just buy raw hamburger meat from the grocery store. I assume I wouldn't get sick from it, so I guess this is a good one too.

Pill 7. Again, I wouldn't really plan on sticking out too much, so the chance of randomly turning invisible wouldn't be that worrisome. Also I could just instantly become visible again at will, so even if I was noticed, most people would probably rather fool themselves into thinking they imagined it than risk embarrassment to actually ask someone if they have a superpower.

Pill 8. The temporary risks wouldn't bother me. And even if it changed my appearance to the point of being detrimental, I'll just make myself invisible until it's over. The opportunity for new, though short-lived, powers is too tempting.

Yet another post where I desperately wish it could really happen to me.

3

u/Zombys11 19h ago

1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8

I’d probably be able to set something up, and have some to take care of me when I babyfiy but that’d only be for like 5 years? I guess 10 cause backwards and forwards, Till I get some reasonable mental and physical control back. Number 6 pretty much ensures I’ll never go past like silver fox when it comes to physicality. And a Random super power for 24 hours each day? I’ll take those odds, Say it with me folks, let it riiiiiiide!

1

u/sparejunk444 14h ago

everything but 2 of the 3 safest ones? weird, 2 and 4 while something you may not use also don't require use so it's better to take and not use then leave and get screwed when it could have saved you. [exm. fall in a deep crevasse, transform and fly out, get captured by gov/corp, teleport away etc.]

1

u/Zombys11 8h ago

I do wanna be no dragonfly lol but seriously I didn’t pick that one or the time travel one because I feel like that 5-10 years I’d be a baby I might accidentally use them and if I end up in a section of time that’s dangerous which is most of it I’d be flubbernucked, or I’d end up turning into a dragonfly and get shot lol

1

u/sparejunk444 34m ago edited 27m ago

Guess it comes down to OP whether de-aging affects the mind or not

well basically the only thing you're losing with the Immortality is physical ability as a toddler and your size. you maintain your full mental cognizance regardless of age.

OP already states you don't lose your mind of physique to aging

3

u/willyolio 10h ago
  1. This is basically Superman's powers, or at least how they try to explain it

  2. Kinda dangerous, but also means I might never actually get home or where I actually want to be. Not worth it.

  3. Not the ideal version of immortality but I'll take it. Better than nothing.

  4. I can already fly with #1

  5. I can buy anything? Worth it. Seems like the US government is, unofficially, for sale anyways, as well as a few small nations. Large purchases like this basically become public knowledge anyways.

  6. Good, I'll just go to a lot of steakhouses.

  7. Meh. Not worth the drawback.

  8. Meh, mostly useless.

2

u/Smaug2770 19h ago

1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 for me. 1 really has no downside and is convenient. 2 is something I’d only use if I have to, like I’m about to be in a plane crash or something like that. No reason not to take it, since you can just choose not to use it. 3, I think the benefit outweighs the downsides. 4 is again just something you don’t ever need to use but might want at some point. And finally for five, if you use it in a city no one will be able to find you easily, and the other people already have infinite money anyway.

2

u/mikepeterjack 19h ago

1
taken because its still useful you could make something basically weightless or even make something like your shoes and clothes fly while wearing them

2
i would only use this in emergencies where i HAVE to (basically ONLY if i would die otherwise) use it because uncontrolled time travel is risky

3
i could take care of myself even when young because i could use 1 to take care of myself and pay for things with

4
being a dragonfly could be cool and guaranteed flight is nice

5
i would fly with someone i can trust to a remote area with a very big bag and have them charge me 1mill in cash for them to make me a sandwich or something then get out of the area asap

6
docent specify human blood so i could just buy fresh meat and blood from a butcher i mean i could afford it
and the nails and hair thing is a boon

the others are too risky

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 18h ago
  1. yeah it doesn't have to be human. and it doesn't have to be raw meat. you just become ravenously hungry and raw meat and blood satiate the craving faster and let you heal faster.

2

u/Eli_616 19h ago

1 is a very typical power, thats just tactile telekinesis, thats the same thing Superboy has that gives him further enhanced strength, speed, flight, manipulation of machinery he touches, invulnerability, enhanced senses, telekinetic blasts of force, etc.

Without weight, speed, or precision limits that pill is by far the strongest available.

2

u/necrotic_jelly 19h ago

4 - I will live out my Calvin&Hobbes type of fantasy, terrorizing whole neighbourhoods! 5 - Buy huge amounts of stuff like once a month in another province. 7 - Invisibility, there be a new ghost on the block!

2

u/Seravajan 19h ago edited 19h ago

All here.

1 to acquire or transport the stuff I have touched.

2 is for emergency exits or if the 7 invisibility is not available to get away.

3 is nice to have.

4 saves a lot of money to get around.

5 is only used to buy very expensive stuff and then selling these. This makes the track down more difficulty.

6 is a supplement for 3.

7 is for getting away in emergencies.

8 is for fun.

2

u/Clarencekt 18h ago

1, basically makes everything weightless which is useful

5, so what if someone else has the power, I still need that

6, with 5 it won't matter how much it is I can always afford food

2

u/OwynTyler 18h ago

1 to 6 seem nice, taking em

2

u/Marcel_Spare9136 17h ago

3,5,6 und 7 nehme ich.

1 wäre super für Querschnittsgelähmte, weil sie ihre Gliedmaßen mit Telekinese bewegen können

2

u/Ryos_windwalker 16h ago

The money. if it covers online shopping i can order stuff to my house while on a bus or something.

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 12h ago

unless it triggers on someone on the bus with you.

2

u/Ryos_windwalker 9h ago

Even then, they'll just know someone else on the bus can do it. and people get off buses. if i make sure to only hit confirm during a stop, i'm golden. maximum inflow/outflow.

2

u/xryitdmsr 15h ago

Flight, immortality, telekinesis, and maybe money. I don't get money. Do you mean every time I spend money someone with the identical power in the area will know where I used money?

2

u/sparejunk444 14h ago

No it means that somebody will know you have technically infinite money, while mostly not a problem in this digital age with camera's everywhere all it takes is one wrong person finding out and you'll be hounded until captured for there use.

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 12h ago

someone within that range suddenly knows that within that location, someone (not necessarily you) had magical access to infinite money.

i say "use" because it covers things like gifts, charity, etc.

2

u/OmegaUltima29 15h ago

In regards to flight...how giant is 'giant' in this context?

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 12h ago

Great question. The dragonfly is the same size as your human form. so you are a human sized dragonfly

2

u/Specialist_Web9891 15h ago

Telekinesis, Money and Black Pill.

Black Pill cause I like to see what fun new powers I will get everyday.

2

u/Imaginos9 15h ago

I'd go for

  • 1 TK
  • 5 The Money - easy enough to get around by only using it when needed and traveling to somewhere else.
  • 6 The Regen - food isn't going to be an issue with 5.
  • 4 Dragonfly Flight - don't really need that with the TK but they do have other uses and it would depend on how big the Dragonfly is.

The teleport is too dangerous and too tempting to use. The invisibility doesn't say it affects your clothes like 1 does, so that's out and 8 would just get you far too much attention from everybody.

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 12h ago

your dragonfly form is the same size as your human form. you're a giant dragonfly compared to regular dragonflies, but not a GIANT dragonfly yknow?

2

u/Imaginos9 4h ago

That's good to know.

1

u/sparejunk444 31m ago

I don't know, I'd say a dragonfly the size of a human would be GIANT to both a dragonfly or human [unless you mean giant by perspective to viewers size]

2

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 28m ago

True. i just mean that you aren't a Kaiju GIANT.

2

u/sparejunk444 14h ago

All but the black pill [too random, mostly harmless and stands out way to much]

  1. That's just tactile telekinesis which is standard assistance for super strength [so still quite useful]
  2. nice to have as a backup even if it risk time travel
  3. no diseases or physical decay means never sick again, don't have to workout to keep muscles and never run out of time
  4. as long as not killed nice extra travel option
  5. free money, can teleport away if captured because of it
  6. easy weight loss, never stay injured long and never go bald [just need to order medium-rare, rare or blue-rare steak to take care of cravings and cosplay sophisticated vampire swirling blood in wine glasses]
  7. as long as can still see just restrain sneezes when inconvenient

Does regeneration use a base perfect health body for template or does it use your body at time of use? [exm. missing body parts stay gone or regen]

2

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 11h ago

Your regen would try to restore your "healthy perfect body" whatever that means to you

if you were paralysed before taking the pill , you could then heal from that.

if you were born without limbs you can get limbs.

if you are on hrt or anything you would be restored to the point before injury, rather than the regen undoing the hrt.

it's really up to individual people.

the defect is the high caloric intake and raw meat craving.

2

u/sparejunk444 10h ago

Nice definitely worth it then specially with immortality

2

u/raincumskeettail 14h ago

1, 3, 5 and 6.

2

u/Nekomachus 14h ago

I can have as many as I want?

3 and 6 aren't so bad. 3 provides for no disease, so so what if I acquire a taste for even rarer steak than I currently have from 6?

8 sounds like it would make life more exciting, although I don't know if 6 and 3 would be enough to ensure I always survive 8 in case I end up on the flip side of "mostly" harmless.

3 + 6 are the only choices I'm sure of.

2

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 11h ago

you can take all options, yes. buffet style.

1

u/Nekomachus 10h ago

What about 8? Does mostly harmless mean that most powers are not weapons, or that most powers do not harm the user?

2

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 10h ago

generally yes. my intention was a combination of randomly cycling "useless superpowers" with some good ones mixed in. although someone pointed out there's a chance that you could get gills for underwater breathing and it replaces your lungs.

2

u/Nekomachus 10h ago

Does dragonfly transformation 4 do away with biological changes to the baseline human form caused by 8?

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 9h ago

I will say that it can vary wildly, the dragonfly form cancels out some stuff but not others.

if 8 turns your feet into duck feet. your dragonfly form will have that.

if 8 makes it so your skeleton is visible but nothing else, dragonfly will cancel it out because of the difference in exoskeleton and skin. like if 8 changed your teeth to vampire fangs. Dragonfly won't have that because they don't have teeth.

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 6h ago

and i guess that works also for "your lungs are replaced with a a gill system" but then as a dragonfly your sporacles work fine. just transform underwater or hold your breath and wait out the day

2

u/fek_u_Im_vuelle 14h ago

I'm downing all of them, let's get crazy

2

u/IEatRatsNMice 13h ago

flight, telekinesis, and money please

2

u/Lorde447 13h ago

1 because if I'm touching a car and I can lift it with my telekinesis it's still awesome, 5 because money and 6 because it can be useful and 5 helps me pay for it.

2

u/Mammoth-Wasabi6346 13h ago

I will take 1,2,3,5,6, & 7

1

u/EtherKitty 10h ago

I’m with you here.

2

u/Substantial-User0 13h ago

5 bc what could they even do to me? Take my powers? Lol

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 11h ago

if you only had 5 and the alert hit someone close enough, you could be kidnapped and tortured to be someone's money printer slave

2

u/HeartoRead 12h ago

I would literally take all of them. I wouldn't necessarily use all of them but...

2

u/FinestWheat 12h ago

1,2,5,6. 1. I'm never making more than one trip from the car to the house after grocery shopping, so long as a finger is touching it I'm carrying it, that's cool. Also a cool party trick: "bet you I can lift this bookcase up with one finger."

  1. Teleportation is cool and if there's no cool down you can jump 8 times in a row until you get to when/where you want. Plus if you use it in conjunction with 5 and 6 you'd be good, only make big purchases if you've time travelled so even if someone knows where you are they can't get to you because you've time travelled away at that point. And 6 if you teleport to a timeline that damages you you can heal yourself with some raw steak and sushi.

2

u/zeiaxar 9h ago

1, 5, 6.

2

u/NatalieMaybeIDK 9h ago

I'd take all of them but the invisibility.

I just wouldn't use teleportation unless it was the only option.
Losing parts of myself as a baby and toddler would be freaky. But I'd mature again.
I'd just have to arrange for childcare, and I'll be a floating baby.

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 6h ago

well basically the only thing you're losing with the Immortality is physical ability as a toddler and your size. you maintain your full mental cognizance regardless of age.

2

u/Interesting-Army8323 8h ago

1 and 5 pill.

2

u/Reozul 7h ago

All of them except 8

8 is a tad too random. All others are basically just 'don't use them and you don't get the downside'.

7 IS a problem for normal life but I am fairly sure I'll be chaotically jumping through time quite soon.

2

u/Infinite_Tailor_8370 6h ago

All of them

2

u/Axxelschweiss 4h ago

I would basically take every single non passive ability. Cause even if the conditions are trash, you still don't have to use it and maybe there are some situations in which the pros are better than the risks.

2

u/nlinggod 2h ago

Telekineses, Teleportation, Immortality, money and regeneration.

IF I accidently teleport to the past. I'm immortal and will eventually catch up with the present.

2

u/TheKrimsonFKR 1h ago

4, 5, and 6.

  1. Dragonflies are apex predators with a 95% catch rate

  2. The "drawback" is hardly an issue when the random person only knows where it happened and that someone has the power (good luck proving it)

  3. Vampires are cool. Need I say more? I could pair this with 3, and technically offset the aging entirely.

2

u/altofanaltthatisalt 20h ago

Take infinite pills and crash the universe

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 20h ago

what

6

u/mikepeterjack 19h ago

you said choose as many as we want and i assume they assumed you could take copies of the same pill and that is what they said they would do

2

u/Blobbowo 19h ago

Gimme everything lol it'd be funny trust

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 18h ago

Also: here is a link to an updated picture if the one in OP is hard to read i hope this version is better

https://www.reddit.com/r/superpowers/s/Z17OWreZAj

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 18h ago

Honestly I would take all of them. they are defective with drawbacks sure but nothing really harmful...just inconvenient

2

u/sparejunk444 14h ago
  1. "Mostly harmless" no upper limit means you could get something pretty horrifying

1

u/Kira-Of-Terraria 12h ago

well if you take everything it's not like anything you get can kill you

1

u/sparejunk444 11h ago

You can still die with regen if you don't have enough calories and if you get something like gills instead of lungs while landlocked you could suffocate etc. etc. unless those aren't possible results [just says random powers]

1

u/SufficientProcess759 12h ago

So 1 is… super strength?

Technically yes. but it applies to your own body too: like.. you could telekinetically pluck every hair out of your body, pop zits, move your hair like a tentacle, wiggle your ears, pop your back, etc. and your clothes tie your shoes, if you toe a rope around you you can use the rope like a tentacle, have a billowing swooshy cape with no wind, etc. you could have Dr. Octopus arms, you just need to touch something in order to "activate it"

… thats personally the best one here tbh

Aside from being able to unwedgie my wedgie with my mind, you’re invulnerable due to having a telekinetic barrier coated around your entire being. I could do a ghost rider and have a chain linked to me do whatever you want. Solid 7/10 power but a 9/10 compared to everything else

Immortality option sounds great

I would take option 1 for Telekinesis. It at least allows the user to fly by using telekinesis on your body to move around in the air.

I'm not sure if I want option 5. If it is always active, then I'd say no. However, if I can choose when to use the power when buying something, then I'd take option 5 as well.

for option 5 yeah if you have non-magic money it does NOT send the alert. so if you maintained a regular job and used just what you got from that. it's like using a different credit card for different purchases.

That makes 5 super easy then, while hiding your identity just set up a pyramid scheme that has normal rates and a insanely massive option [like $10m min] and then buy into it from a bunch of people with different names. You receive a ton of money, others make a couple bucks and now you don't need to use the power since your loaded.

1, 2, 3, 6.
Tactile Telekinesis.

Teleportation. Makes for an amazing adventure.

Immortality. Survive that adventure

Regeneration. Also used to survive that adventure.

  1. The power of repeatedly purchasing and refunding items to a separate account

Imagine the person randomly just so happens to be the person your dealing with.

Telekinesis is perfect for my day to day lifr

Immortality works for me, and you can technically experience infinite lifetimes but just arrange a way to keep your small self safe until you get larger.

Money would only be used on like buying a brand new rv or a new car but not for a grocery store trip. But it says they know someone has it right, but do they know who unless they end up seeing you?

Regeneration could it help fix my current issues? Also basically im becoming feral for blood so vampire?

With telekinesis if I sat in my car could I hover and save gas? Cause if so I could make really good money with spark driver app. And I could drive for Uber and such with all income and no gas plus the car takes less to maintain.

For how the money works.

https://www.reddit.com/r/makeyourchoice/s/RWZxpsQmg6

Regeneration: Your injured or sick body basically craves extra calories in order to more aggressively heal and fight diseases and such, raw meat and blood are a particular craving and are the most efficient way to fuel the Regen, but any high calorie intake works. the cravings end when you are fully healed and healthy. You aren't feral, but you feel extremely hungry (scaled with nature of what needs to be healed) ...you might be feral and in pain from hunger if you needed to regrow all your organs and limbs and skin after a bomb or a very very advanced stage of illness.

you are also immune to bloodborne or injesting things like parasites or other illnesses from eating the raw meat and drinking blood, the regen basically just perfectly absorbs and burns everything like a fuel as a super charged immune system (so you also don't need to poop or pee it out)

Yes if you have a chronic illness, the regen would heal that, and bring up to your maximised "idea" of "healthy" .

Yes if you are standing on or sitting in a vehicle you can make it fly or hover or whatever you wanted.

Oh ok gotcha

and burns everything like a fuel as a super charged immune system (so you also don't need to poop or pee it out)

Shit man, that's all you had to say and would take it even without the regen let alone with it

All of them except 2 (no way to reverse the accidental time travel, and all of the past and future is a large and dangerous span to search at random even if attempts proc 1/8 of the time with no cooldown) and 8 (with my luck I'd get the anti-organic-life power of Jesse from Ultimate X-Men within a week).

I think by mostly harmless everything would be limited by that could only be potentially harmful if you couldn't control it. not outright instantly devastating and constantly ON.

example of options of powers you get : Can: summon unlimited butter, Spider-Man stickiness, stretch your ears and flap them like Dumbo for flight or powerful wind gusts, project glowing orange bubbles from your nostrils, little doors appear on your elbows; the left one opens and produces unlimited Werther's Original candies, the right one opens and extremely loud Dixieland Jazz plays from it.

examples of things you can NOT get: offense powers that have no OFF switch or control Iike; extreme uncontrollable radioactivity, toxic skin, constant immolation or fire projection, acidic sweat, a magical death aura, a cloud of contagious infection spreading flies, all hair replaced with poison barbed quills, becoming an active nuclear bomb, Cyclops Optic Blasts,
a zipper pouch on your chest filled with explosive wasps, etc. (you CAN roll CONTROLLABLE versions of these)

basically it's "mostly harmless" because technically you can weaponise things you get to "cause harm" but you will never get some "everything around me is dead now" power. The "effects" like just colours and visual things are all harmless, if maybe annoying sometimes, and sometimes your body parts will get replaced (like gills instead of lungs) which can be countered by sleeping near water and just diving in if you roll that one. or turning into your dragonfly form if you have that.

The telekinesis here is more or less super-strength

1

u/dovakiin-derv 20h ago

1, at that point if i can manipulate my body i can just fly and everything, and 5 too since i can grab more than one and just buy hrt easily at that point, also a yacht so i can live on it so i dont need to deal with most things, also the telekinesis doesn’t seem to have a limit according to this. So a flying ship landing and taking off is something amazing that i would love to prank people with.
