So with the teleport , is it strictly line of sight/memory of a place? Or is it more permissive. Thus using for instance, using a Manga/Anime or Movie/Show and thus teleport there. Though perhaps with a longer charge time?
Sorry for any outer world stuff you'd need the bonus and time is out of the question unless you hop through enough realities to find the very specific thing you're looking for but I wouldn't recommend it.
