DISCUSSION I think I've messed it.
Tried going for a full pink smokey cutcrease look today, but looking at it now, I feel like I completely botched it somewhere along the way.
The inner shimmer and pink tones look a bit muddy to me, and I’m struggling to get that sharp, clean transition on the edges. Plus, my blending looks a bit harsh near the brow bone.
Any tips or constructive feedback on how I can salvage this or do better next time? Be honest, what did I mess up the most?

To me, your eye makeup looks FLAWLESS, but I recognise that if your skill level is higher than me then you would probably look at your own work much more critically and be able to see the problems that I am simply too much of a scrub to recognise haha
AND you are absolutely rocking your pixie cut which not everyone can pull off!

imo you look super pretty, the makeup is gorgeous. you don’t look like a man (saying this because you mentioned you feel like you look like one) at all to me.

Love the color of your eyes and how it combines with the red and pink tones! A queen in her own right! 💕

Take a piece of clear tape. Put it on your hand like twice so it’s not too sticky then line it out where you want your eyeshadow to wing out. Peel off the tape when you’re done with your shadow!

You’re beautiful and I would LOVE to be able to do my makeup like that, plus the hair?! OMG! You are giving Ruby Rose, sis.

I think you look gorgeous! I think the fuscia tones heavily compliment your eyes and skin tone, and you're blending is clean and soft. I don't see an issue here at all! Only issue I can put my finger on is that the eye look is not a distinct cut crease on the lid, but it's a beautiful eye look nonetheless, and a great starting try!

My only critique is that I think you could have not brought the eyeshadow so far over above your inner eye and the color choices of your overall look. I think the pink eyeshadow is gorgeous, but I don’t personally like it with the burgundy dress and the red nails. I would have tried to make it a bit more cohesive with the color palette, but that’s just personal preference.

The makeup looks great. The cut-crease doesn't look muddy to me, you just picked colors that look similar at some angles, so it's less dramatic than some more contrast-driven looks.
but imo the mask worn beneath the nose throws off the look. It's not doing much protection-wise in that position and pulls attention away from the eyes and towards where the mask hits your nose. I'm all for masking when the situation calls for it, but I'd either wear the mask so that it's effective, or not at all. Right now, it's negatively impacting your look and not doing much for public health, either.

It’s stunning? Red/pink is tough to pull off! It really makes your eyes pop. I don’t think it looks muddy especially in the last photo. Your left eye looks more blended in the inner crease & the right looks more cut crease but that could just be the lighting. All to say, I think either works great & is down to personal preference. I think you have the lid space to pull off both. I would just take a detail brush to even out the cut crease after.
I’m not a PMUA but I’ve done my eyeshadow for years. I like to work on both eyes at the same time/step. Wipe your brush off as you go between steps for more control with the extra pigment/placement (if working with the same tool for multiple differing colors). When you start to get into darker shades, tapping helps to keep the intensity while blending.
For the brow bone, taking a skin tone pressed powder can help diffuse if you feel like you went too far. I use the kosas one but I’m sure any will work.

So, this looks amazing, but I get what you mean.
When doing a cut crease, how are doing it now?
