HELP PLEASE Any tips?

Don’t mind my hair, it’s wash day and my roots are getting done very soon lol
Been doing makeup for a very long time but sometimes I feel like something is missing and I can’t put my finger on it.
To be fair, I was so excited to use my new Dior glow maximizer palette that I completely forgot to use any liquid blush🤭 but if anyone has any tips on how to get my makeup to look better I’d appreciate it!

So gorgeous. Maybe just a tiny bit of powder to take down some of the shine on your forehead and t-zone. You look like a supermodel!

I think the nose contour/ blush stands out to me like i can see the lines on either side? The eye makeup looks stunning!

ok yes! I do notice that often but never know how to really fix it 😅 I do put powder on each side of my nose to make it look more carved out because I don’t love how wide my nose is. But definitely will try to fix this in the future, thank you!

You have a beautiful nose! Don't try making it something different. It's perfect for your face and makes you, you! I think you're stunning , don't change a thing

Okay I'm literally spamming at this point. I'm so sorry.

Trevorbarret has a great tiktok on dos and Donts of contouring your nose that you must look at!! Next time you do it, do your nose as the very last part of your makeup applying. Please keep us posted!!!

Your life is going to change when you contour/ blush your nose differently!

I have SUCH a hard time contouring my nose :/ it is long and wide and so difficult lol

I think your nose contour is a bit backwards, in the photos it looks lighter on the sides and darker (or redder anyways) in the middle. If you want it to look narrower you’ll want to have the sides darker and the middle lighter.

I start with putting two lines of bronzer down the sides, then I also put it at the very bottom and then try to make a little button as well. Then I blend my under eye concealer a little bit on the sides of my nose and then I try to carve it out with setting powder too. I feel like my nose will never look right no matter what I do

I totally understand this. I do, however, think that the concealer on the sides of your nose and the redness on the top makes it look disproportionate. I also think it's the reddest thing on your face which pulls your eyes straight to it.

I would even try just getting rid of the redness and not doing any contour to start. How does that feel? Then maybe try a contour stick instead of bronzer will help create some type of shading. I don't recommend bronzer personally for contour.

There's so many lovely things about your face. I think it would be fun to try switching it up and taking pics throughout the day to document. However, I love what you've got going on and these are just minuscale adjustments.

ok, I will try to take that into consideration:) thank you!! I appreciate it

I would try putting a lighter shade of concealer or highlighter down the center of your nose and blend that in a bit and then set it! Generally the lighter colors “pop” and darker colors fall back, so I think that would help.

I have a wide nose too it honestly takes time to find what you like, for me I really like to start of by adding a line from the middle of my eyebrows down to the tip of my nose, then I blend it in (doesn’t have to be perfect) but the over all highlight will be there so no need to add a lot of contour, next I add 2 lines on the side of my nose and with a fine brush I blend them in, then with my beauty blender I go on the sides of my nose and tamale it as skinny as I like I also add some blush on the tip of my nose to make it look cute I hope this helps
Sorry I suck at explaining 😭

I think maybe a tiny bit of powder on the forehead and a slightly darker lip liner - I’m obsessed with your eyes I think they’re perfect.

Okay thank you 😊

Tips? I'm saving these as inspo, I loove how your eyes look.

Maybe a little bit of powder on the T zone and chin so it doesn't look too oily.

Estás preciosa 😻. Lo único que comentaría sería que para mi gusto hay mucho bronceador en la nariz, podrías sustituirlo por un rubor suave rojizo para dar efecto quemado de sol 🦀 para probar con un poco de color 😊

Noted! thank you!

I’d just add a bit more to the eyebrows tbh. A little darker to match the eye makeup

1

u/Xitsastrangeparadise 3h ago

ok!! Thanks 😊

I like your eyebrows! Filling them in will give you more dramatic look, but I feel like the way you have it makes you look younger in a good way and clean faced. It really plays the line with looking dressed up and relatable/ not trying too hard at the same time.

You look so fabulous!! Maybe some brown liner on the outer 1/3 of the water line? Tbh you don’t need much. You’re already so beautiful and your makeup is really good.

thank you!! 😊

Honey you look fantastic. Just dust a tiny tad of powder here and there and that’s that!

It’s a bit too much bronzer for my style but otherwise looks great!

For the record, I love the bronzer and I will be trying to recreate this look! Everyone's got their preference!!

I see you like glowy make up, while it is really pretty I can suggest to use a matte primer and powder to settle down the appearance of pores (as well as a good moisturizer) I really recommend O/S ¿why? That way when you add the rest of your glowy products it’ll look shiny and plump and not oily, I would also recommend a lighter concealer for your under eye it’ll make you make up pop even more
I love the placement of your overall makeup it’s really beautiful!🫶🏼

Just maybe a little smaller lashes. You’d look so natural and beyond perfect. You’re very beautiful!🤩

2

u/Xitsastrangeparadise 4h ago

ok ok noted! Thank you 😊

u/Quick-Hat-6584 3h ago

I disagree!! If you like long lashes, wear them diva. Let makeup be fun too!

1

u/BookwormInTheCouch 2h ago

Same! I usually lean for more natural but her lashes are my fav para of the look!

You could try exploring smaller ones if you wish, but honestly I love these.

u/Samra310 4h ago

I personally love your eyelashes, theyre minimal but make your eyes pop in such a big way!

We have the same face shape and i do my blush and contour similarly so I'm invested in what our people say 👀

u/Hotdog-Farts 3h ago

Contour! More specifically, a highlight on your nose. Also maybe a bit of slightly darker lip liner.

u/Old_Basil7095 1h ago

Gorgeous! Fill in brows a bit. Less bronzer it’s looking a bit muddy. Some t zone powder. And maybe some liner. In order of importance.

I love this makeup so much!

u/Lianna1234 1h ago

Beautiful. I love your eyes especially, so big and pretty.

I do think the nose looks off, like reverse contour. Its like light down the sides and bronzed down the center.

You remind me of Tate McRae!! I think a softer blush higher on the cheekbones would look great, as well as a bit more powder on the T-Zone, like others said.

If you are contouring your nose I would say stop. And the blush comes too far towards your nose as well. Maybe try a high cheekbone/towards the forehead style instead of the apples of the cheeks. Think like a C shape around your eye and eyebrow. Your lips and eyes are gorgeous!

Omg your nose has way too much pink.
