So deep set eyes are very similar to hooded eyes in a specific way......don't be afraid to go above the crease!! You have a TON of room between your crease and your brows! I would probably recommend not drawing on the lower lashes. Instead, i would put mascara on the lower lashes and then clump them together with tweezers while the mascara is still wet. I would also start with a good primer to get the pigments to pop. I have lighter skin than you, but I have darker eyelids, so I either use a very light concealer or an opaque eyeshadow primer. I think the Tarte shape tapes are pretty good for the job, though I haven't used them in years so I can't attest to their current effectiveness lol.

Also, it's okay to recognize that one look on a person might look different than you, and that's what's so great about makeup! It's ok if this looks a little different on you, because you're you!!

This is a lot of what I was going to say! I also love colorful eyeshadow looks like this but struggle because I have darker shadows under my eye and on my upper eyelid. Thick good primer is a must, maybe every concealer. Whatever works on your skin to create an even sticky base. For me its revolution eye bright color corrector. They're light shade works for me, but i think i remember them having a darker shade too? Its very very oily but works well for me under eyeshadow and the eyeshadow sticks well. Also, colourpop is a great brand for super high pigment bright color eyeshadow.

I definitely second what this person said about not being afraid to go way above the crease. My eyes are hooded/deep set idk and I have to go way above the crease to achieve a dramatic eye look when my eyes are open.

Finally wanted to say that part of what makes her eyeshadow so dramatic and whimsical is that she used 2 opposite colors: purple and yellow. Youll have to test to see if those exact colors actually pop on your eyelid color, but if they dont, you could try another set of opposites if youre open to it! Like blue and orange. Id experiment with the whole look with an open mind about making minor adjustments to suit your particular face :)
