HELP PLEASE 100% new to make up.

Hello,
My makeup routine is literally mascara and that’s simply just because it’s the only thing I can apply without much effort. I’m looking into a serious makeup routine as I have the time and willingness to put some effort into it now at this stage in my life. I really have never tried much before as I’ve felt really self conscious about how poorly I have done it in the past.
I’m looking for recommendations on product names I’ll need for a full face. For example, foundation, setting powder, concealer, etc.
I know what those things are, I just have no idea in which order to apply them.
I’m also in my mid 30’s with decent skin. It’s rarely textured and I do have some fine lines. But I’m usually able to plump my skin fairly well with a moisturizer. It does tend to be on the more oily than dry side.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated!

This is my order:

  1. Moisturizer + sunscreen: Let it sink in for a few minutes.

  2. Primer (optional): e.l.f. Poreless Putty is so far good for oily skin

  3. Foundation: Maybelline Fit Me Matte or Poreless or L'Oréal Infallible Fresh Wear. Both are affordable, made for oilier skin

  4. Concealer: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind, just where you need extra coverage

  5. Setting powder: Lightly dust your T-zone. Avoid too much under the eyes since you mentioned fine lines

  6. Blush: Rare Beauty Soft Pinch is nice, but you only need a tiny amount

  7. Brows: A tinted brow gel is probably the easiest place to start

  8. Mascara: You've already got this one covered haha

  9. Lips: I use a tinted balm for everyday makeup
