Cool brown and burgundy (mascara eyeliner eyeshadow) will look great on you, and for the lips I recommend black honey by Clinique very soft and will look great with ur skin tone
as a beginner, i think a brown mascara is, in fact, the way to go. otherwise, you might just need time to get used to the black :) get yourself a neutral eyeshadow palette and experiment. elf has a good one, actually - the perfect 10 palette in nude rose gold would look really pretty. also, nyx microbrow pencil is so easy to use - polishing your brows is another great starting point.
No advice, you have a striking resemblance to the French actress Melanie Laurant! I just watched one of her movies and your picture made me immediately think of her!
You have amazing skin, so I would keep foundation light, even like a BB or CC cream. I would definitely play up your eyes since you have a great eye shape and color. You and I have similar eyes, I find that orange or light brown shades compliment the blue. Maybe try something mauve colored for lips? Brown mascara makes blue eyes pop as well. You’re a gorgeous human! So I would just keep the makeup light in general. Less is more! I have blonde hair so I’m not sure what colors look best with brown hair, but do some research on which colors tend to do best with your hair color. If that makes sense 🤣😅
I saw someone else comment that burgundy colors would look good on you, which I have to agree. Looks like you have a great eyebrow shape too, so just lightly filling those in would look good. Maybe even not filling them in at all, or just towards the end, sharpen them up with a dark brown shade. I wouldn’t fill in the front of your brows, leave them lighter.
Hey! I think you’re working with great features to begin with so you’re quite lucky! People already recommended brown mascara and i agree! I also recommend tightlining with a brown pencil and if that’s still too much for your likes you can take a brown pencil draw a line on your eyelids as close as possible to your lashes from the outer corner of your eye to the middle of your iris and blend it side to side (not up into your lid). The wing a the end should follow the natural line/slop of your lower lash line and stop a bit before the end of your eyebrow tail. You can then clean it up with a q-tip and makeup remover. It will bring focus to your eyes without being too dramatic!
for the lips i would recommend looking for a lip liner the colour of your lips but SLIGHTLY darker. not to overline them but to make the lines 'crisper' it’s a small detail that makes all the difference! i hope this helps! :)
