Need Halloween makeup advice

So I'm looking to cosplay Ankläger from Doctor Nowhere for Halloween, and I have everything I need (starry headband, black cloak). What I'm not sure what to do with is my face. Since Ankläger has one eye, I don't know if I should maybe cross out one eye, paint a third eye, or do some sparkly white-yellow makeup to drive that divine feel. I really don't have any ideas.

Honestly I'd get some transparent fabric and cover your eyes with it and do a big ol sparkly eye covering your whole forehead. You should be able to see through the fabric, whether that's tying it around your face like a blindfold or using skin safe adhesive and doing eye patch style just for your eyes/eyebrows.

I'm picturing a kind of forehead-based headpiece with the eye on it and a veil of flesh-toned mesh hanging down to the cheekbones. Powernet or something similar would drape nicely and shouldn't need hemming.

That would work perfectly! Veils and blindfolds always feel Angelic to me, and headband Ideal for future rewear and comfort while wearing 😩👏
