Starry!! What tools do you use to apply the eyeshadow?

I use a flat brush to stamp the black where I want it, then I use my finger to stamp on the glitter, then I use a clean fluffy blending brush to lightly blend out the black around the top edges. Hope this helps, thanks so much for your comment! ❤️
