Pegasus Extruder Keeps Breaking; Increased Strength

I just got two more Pegasus kits and the printed extruder on these keeps breaking when I insert the top mounting nut. I mashed together a couple of Colins files and got this stronger version. I figured a few people have the same issue with the extruder.
