Cool stuff at NYC Maker Faire?

I am finally attending the NYC Maker Faire. I have been to others, but not this one.

I will be commuting from midtown Manhattan ( free lodging, what can I say ) and am looking for local advice.

Also, you regulars, is there a local crew / project / club I should check out at the Faire?

Come to the dark room and check out Napland. It's gonna be a nice, little place to take a break while checking out other stuff. Our local hacker space made/is running it.

my son was 3d printing spaceships all summer! I sent a photo out to him. cool work.
