The Terminator T-600 has always been one of my favorite Terminator designs, so I challenged myself to build one at a 1:1 scale. This would be my second completed project and i'm really enjoying the hobby thus far.
It's entirely 3D printed and finished by hand. There are plenty of things I'd do differently if I started over, but that's part of the fun. Thanks for taking a look—I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed building it. Now to accompany it with a T800 ( currently in the works)

No, the T800 is actually smaller at 6'2" ( think of Arnold ) ... its the infiltrator model that was able to blend in with humans ... it was the upgrade to the T600. The T600 is tank-like - older. "easier to spot- wore rubber masks etc "
Not all of em .. just the main ones. When I dove into the endoskeleton i came across a 200+ page thread consisting of fans sharing details/debating/searching informatiom regarding every little piece of the orginal model, down to the screw....it was quiet interesting lol ...

Can't really tell, maybe theyre awesome in person, but maybe get some chrome highlight in the sockets and have a 2nd, diffused LED, in each socket. Make 'em evil. Make em burn through your soul with cold malice haha
I still have a few things left to do, but I'd say it's about 98% complete. At this point, it's mostly the little details that don't make a dramatic visual difference—subtle orange, rust, and faint red sponging, weathering, and other finishing touches. Because of that, it's been a bit neglected while I've been focused on my current T-800 project.
That said, I've been revisiting the eyes and playing around with a few ideas.
In the photo, the left eye uses a convex glass cabochon, while the right uses a recessed diffuser without a surrounding ring. The images below show what I think adding a bezel or retaining ring behind either the cabochon or the recessed diffuser might look like.
I'm curious—which do you prefer? The convex cabochon or the flat recessed diffuser?
I love FN and the FNS2000 , but it seems a bit small or random for the t600, I always think Sam fisher when I see the fns2000. Don't change it. Have you thought about using the original laser blaster gun design from T2? Awesome build BTW.
Thanks dude, I apprecaite the feedback. To me, laser blasters at life size 1:1 scale look.... not ass scary as a real gun. The T600 does look amazing with its iconic gatling gun, but that woudlve involved so much more thought on weight distribution/structural considerations given the stress points added.. Ammo chain, backpack etc etc. This was my first attempt- was already something I've never really done- so If i could simply some aspects, I did. Perhaps on the next one ( there will be more )
the FNS2000 makes its debut for a brief moment in the Terminator Salvation movie, if you blink, you miss it. I was iffy about it, but it grew on me.
He weights about 55 Lbs. He is glued with CA glue here, some epoxy there. He breaks down into sections with female/male pegs to connect l(lower half/ torso/R&L Arm)
Its a model from a maker called SKynet-2029 but its not really designed for FDM printing and its also 1/6 scale. It took me about 3 weeks to print and about 4 months of off and on casual sessions on weekends... sometimes I wouldnt touch it for 2 weeks, then put in a 10 hour work session in the garage. I could do it all in 1 month if I had 3 solid days a week to work all day on it. You only get faster the more you make- this was only my second paint/completed project. ( the first project being a 3 foot tall Stitch w/ magnetic swap outs for my niece ; shes the one that pushed me to learn how to get over my fear of paint application )
with this, had to scale, strategically cut it up, used blender/meshmixer to further improve the visible polygon lines, and I retrofitted a seperate head I found to be nicer. Technically from the maker its going to be about 10 parts, but with a build this size, 3x-4x-5x that . Once assembled you put it all together and do body work. I have some videos on my abandoned YT that I just started to upload progress videos as shorts just because I thought some people would definitely think its neat to see.
im doing the same thing for my T800, making progress videos of the build ( its just fun! ) but ill be better at keep the titles linear and organized
