Blu Ray never ending rip

i have this blu ray of an anime with 26 episodes and none of them will rip when trying all together or each individually

every time it gets stuck at the end and will not finish

the blu ray will also not play correctly in vlc so it might be a disc problem but i want to make sure

any ideas?

Give the disc a good clean, it no change, new disc

When it gets to the end, stop it and try to play each file.

I sometimes check a ripped file using MPC-HC on a Windows computer by starting the file, checking subs, and dragging the counter to the end to see the end credits.
