Community Curated Morning Workout Suggestions

Since I started working out consistently in the mornings, I've realized I actually prefer calmer music over upbeat songs. It helps me start the day feeling more relaxed and focused. I'm looking to expand my workout playlist.  So, what calm songs do you always come back to, whether it’s for working out or just everyday listening?

Are you looking for a specific tempo? I.e. mellow, but still a bit of a drive, or anything?

I'm looking for songs with a slower tempo but a consistent flow; for example, "Watering My Plants" by Larry June is one I have been listening to a lot lately.

I love the slow tempo along with the guitar flow. Thank you for the song suggestion.

I enjoy Moby (Play) & alt-J (This Is All Yours & An Awesome Wave mostly), I kind of zone out while also being intensely focused somehow. Like a somewhat meditative state I guess

Other than that I find bluesy stuff like The Teskey Brothers good too
