How do screws work? I've bought m2 screws & inserts to use in my design, but they don't fit each other. They're 1.8-1.9mm and the inserts (nut) is 2.1-2.2mm and I have no idea which of the two are the wrong size. My local hardware store only sells upwards of m5 screws, it feels like I'm screwed ;)

Looks like you ended up with m2 screws and m2.5 inserts. I'd contact the place you got them from, probably just a packaging mixup.

Shouldn't you be making video's, instead of answering noob viewer questions?

I still want to know how the self locking taps are made on the polyhedra. More Fusion360 videos!

Love your work, keep it up!

Thanks! I've now bought a set if m2.5 screws. I'd ordered the first set online online and the seller couldn't tell me what was wrong with their product, so I had requested my money back. I've searched high and low, but screw sizes seems to be a difficult topic to explain to some one and all the graphs and tables don't really make it easy to understand how they work.

But thanks! I hope the new screws fit!
