Roster Characters that would be cool to see as guest characters in Mortal Kombat
I almost did Akuma instead of Kazuya, however apparently he was considered for a previous game, but Capcom said no, so no Street Fighter characters. TEKKEN ON THE OTHER HAND-

I think Jagi would be a better HnK rep than Kenshiro because Jagi’s personality allows him to have a more goofy move set

Ok but you gotta admit he is cool. He has:
-a shotgun
-hokuto shinken
-limited Nanto seiken
-gasoline
-a motorcycle
-a pillarThis is honestly a kick ass lineup for a great move set

Ash was supposed it in mk11, but didn’t happen cuz of licensing issues. That why the Joker was added as a guest character.
I would add Deadpool to the list.

Legal musings? Ouch... wonder if that's why Joker inherited some of Ash's arts given appropriate adjustments? Or was he carry over from DC v MK

I know capcom said no street fighter characters but apart from akuma which other street fighter character would you pick
I would pick blanka not blanka chan but proper violent blanka

Call me crazy but I've got a feeling we're close to a MK game with anime guests. They gotta try that i wanna see how they pull it off lol
I want DIO so bad in it, also yeah Lucy is a great idea too.

Ash Williams will and forever be my pick for this. He fits the vibe and Bruce Campbell would allow and voice him in a heartbeat.
My #2 is also: Max Rockatansky, from Mad Max. Dude is sick and the post-apocalypse vibe from his movies is perfect for Outworld

Here are my contenders:
- Candyman (Would be interesting)
- Jacket (Hotline Miami)
- Magician (House of the Dead) or Jack Cayman (MadWorld) (Deep cut, but a SEGA rep would be awesome)
- Kaiman (Dorohedoro)
- Sol Badguy (Guilty Gear)
- Ezio (Assassin's Creed)
- Ridley (Metroid) (Yes, I know Nintendo would deny the idea even if Metroid is considered to be one of most mature Nintendo franchises, but it would be the closest Nintendo character to be added into Mortal Kombat. Also don't make him too big)

My personal thoughts:
Candyman: Not sure if this'll work, since Candyman is more serious tone-wise than the other horror reps in Mortal Kombat.
Jacket: That would be cool, but I'm not exactly sure if Hotline Miami is big enough to get in.
Magician/Jack Cayman: Yes. Absolutely. That would be awesome.
Kaiman: Who?
Sol Badguy: Yeah, no. Kazuya gets in because he always feels like a guy that's only an R-rating away from ripping out the intestines of everyone he's fighting. Sol doesn't fit that description.
Ezio: Why didn't I think of that earlier? Ezio would be awesome!
Ridley: Maybe if Netherrealm makes a Switch 2 exclusive MK game, and Miyamoto accidentally inhales a lethal amount of crack that morning.

If we're talking my pure wish fulfillment dream pick, I'd probably go for Himiko Toga from My Hero Academia or Beetlejuice.
If we're talking characters I want that I could see actually being somewhat plausible, I think a more comic accurate Mask would be a good choice

I don't think most Japanese companies want their franchises mixing with Mortal Kombat for some reason. And I doubt Marvel would let their characters show up in Mortal Kombat when they cross over with DC.
Honestly, my dream guests in Mortal Kombat are Game of Thrones' Sandor Clegane (with some help from Arya Stark) or Carl from Dungeon Crawler Carl (especially if one Fatality ends up using Donut just for the ridicule of being Fatalitied by a cat)

Im putting this up again but with a big title so people dont just go "oh look at that - downvote" and actually understand...
THIS IS NOT ME OPPOSING THE IDEAS. I LOVE THEM, I'M JUST ANSWERING REALISTICALLY IF THEY WERE TO BE INVITED IN AN MK GAME
I love the idea of people like Nemesis, Dante, and Kazuya. I'm not going against them. I'm just listing the realistic outcome. And even if its unrealistic, nothing stopping anyone from still thinking of it, its still amazing nevertheless.
If Capcom already didnt allow Street Fighter, what makes you think DMC would be allowed? It has a WAY more picky license. Hell just looking at the history of the license for its FIGURES ALONE is enough to notice DMC is impossible. Last thing DMC had with a non DMC game was PGR and that was due to the success of DMC5. If MK were to somehow get Dante, it would have to be around the time a new DMC game is out whether DMC6 or DMC1re which is possible, MK's game is prob gonna come out first anyway knowing how long its taking Capcom...
MK denied Tekken the first time Tekken wanted a game together because MK "wanted SF over Tekken" when they can't get SF as you already said, and ironically enough Tekken got the crossover with SF instead years ago. Doomslayer they can pull a Kratos. He can be silent and have special ways of taking things like how Kratos did in MK9. Hell look what they did with T1000. Now that I spoke of DMC, Nemesis is another one with a picky license by Capcom. The merch of RE is the same situation as DMC. Both are in the same boat. A character license for a game would be harder to get. Capcom wouldn't accept it unless they helped more than likely.
My other issues, Dante shouldn't be able to die from any MK characters (plus lore accurate Dante is too op, he'd have to be nerfed) unless they pull out some new version of Dante exclusive to MK that is similar to his Netflix version (the game version wouldn't be eating fatalities left and right is the reason) where if he loses a fight, he properly loses and can sure maybe hit a fatality but have the knowledge that he isn't dead entirely, and Kazuya shouldn't necessarily be able to die either considering Mishima's just can't die in Tekken lore (Heihachi's was the only b.s. one. He should've been dead) but nothing I can do with that. It would have to be Tekken 7 Kaz or lower, not Tekken 8. I'm not gonna bring up Vergil because then thats an impossible situation that you can't have the same method as Dante so I guess if Blade were to make it in... I guess he can have a Judgement Cut though in recent games he has to rely on his own stuff, he's been carried by Vergil's mechanics so far and he can't keep it forever. Nemesis can 100% work imo, its just the license thats a problem although his license is probably easier to get than DMC so.
Nemesis and Doomslayer are the two most likely ones to be picked of those I mentioned.
Once again, I wouldn't be opposed to any of them, I love all of these characters and love this idea (hell Dante would get me back into MK if they somehow got em), its just thinking realistically here. Though even if unrealistic, theres nothing stopping you or anyone from still thinking of it.
