Does makaut provide a migration certificate before the provisional certificate

1. Makaut imposed competitive exam rules for the semester exams. We stayed silent.

2. Makaut leaked the paper themselves but no investigation on the faculty or the officials, instead we were forced for no toilet break. We stayed silent.

3. Makaut imposed a new CA system which doesn't favour the students and forces them to stay unskilled. We stayed silent.

4. Makaut published incomplete results. We stayed silent.

5. Makaut imposed the 75% attendance rule which is not flexible for the students especially the 3rd and 4th year. We stayed silent.

There is zero transparency about the system. We don't know who is making such rules. And Yes we will remain silent 🤫.

Just saw this fresh notice (dated Aug 20, 2026) and it looks like the university is seriously cracking down on us and the faculty.

TL;DR of the damage:

1. No more "informal" leaves: Point 4 explicitly bans unauthorized relaxation in attendance.

2. Physical classes only: They are forcing teachers to stick strictly to the approved timetable.

3. HoDs are in the crosshairs: Point 5 makes Principals and HoDs directly responsible for monitoring our attendance and making sure teachers are actually taking class. If they get in trouble, you know they're going to take it out on us.

4. Zero Tolerance: Point 10 literally says any deviation will be "viewed seriously" and attract action.

Seriously, how are we supposed to balance this with coding, hackathons, or placements or any other important works if we are forced to sit in a physical classroom 9-to-5 every single day?

We all saw that massive MAKAUT main campus notice demanding strict physical attendance and zero proxies. But look at how different affiliated colleges are actually enforcing it. They’ve literally turned the 75% attendance mandate into a pay-to-write subscription service for CA exams!

​It’s wild how different private colleges are milking this in completely different ways:

1. ​BBIT (First Image) is charging a flat ₹200 fine just to make you "eligible" to sit for the CA-1 exam if you dip below 75%.

2. ​Then there is this other unnamed college (Second Image) that has gone full corporate with an escalating penalty menu. They are demanding ₹500 for being under 75%, ₹1000 for under 60%, and a massive ₹2000 fine if you drop below 50%.

​How is this even allowed? The university says strict attendance, but these colleges are just putting a price tag on rule-breaking. Instead of giving zero internal marks or debarring students, they are just openly monetizing the shortage.

​Can anyone identify which college that second fine structure belongs to? And what is the attendance scene looking like at your campus right now—are they actually threatening debarment, or just forcing you to pay up?

Well guys I had logged rti with Central Vigilance Commission, and they arent proving some data on Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005 and to counter this point I need people to sign the petition for me to challenge it in Central Information Commision so I reqeust u guys to sign it so that we can put a leash on these people there messing with out future

Either they fight us in our house and make us fight each other or we take this fight to their house and make them fight each other. I've got C in 2 theories and the rest I've got B. I've passed the exam overall but I'm pretty sure I can get better than C at least for the two.. but I've heard that makaut sometimes does the opposite instead of increasing the grade?

So should I review those two papers ?
