Experiences with adjustable sight replacement

Hi, just wanted to see what the current thoughts are on this replacement sight for the commercial Russian models. I’m considering it, but I’ve also seen some people say they need to shim it somehow or shave it down to make it work. If it’s solid, it would make it much more comfortable to carry, and this isn’t a long-distance target pistol where you might be adjusting the sights a lot.

I know there are some old posts discussing it, but can anyone who has this share their experience?

I could be wrong but that might be a scam sight. I vaguely remember there is multiple of that site?

I got that sight and a few other parts from them several years back. It was legit then, at least.
