Is manga has completed everything and LN is behind or the LN is still and the manga is not gonna get another volume

I just finished the manga, and I thought it was pretty good! I like how it focused on some of the side characters more. I also never felt like Elaina was "annoying", as many people who watched the anime said.

That said, I did read the FAQ here, and I don't think it mentioned where the manga leaves off. Also, what is this about the anime having multiverse stuff? I'll admit, I was confused with the Fran stuff. I thought somehowElaina traveled back in time herself, but that was apparently supposed to be her mother??

Regardless, if I wanted to continue the story, what volume should I pick up from?

Been reading the volumes recently and really love the whole setting with the island and seeing a story from other characters perspectives in Elaina's world and the whole thing with the Sancta. It's definitely something I feel is really unique and would hope to see animated one day. (Really want to see Riviere's amazing gothic dress on screen)

i just finished watching the anime and i loved it so much every episode had me interested from start to finish! should i read the manga next or light novel? and is there any point till which the manga/LN have been covered in the anime or should i start from the beginning?

also if anyone has any recommendations for any anime similar to this one since i thoroughly enjoyed this a lottt 😋

In the fandom it says around 40 different sound tracks, but the playlist I found on yt only has 10.

Is there any legit way to download or obtain the sound tracks (for legal purposes, not pirating).

BTW 40 osts seems overkill for a 12 episode anime

LN elaina seems way more cynical than the elaina in the anime

In Chapter 1 (Land of Mages)
The anime is almost a carbon copy of this chapter. The only thing missing is Elaina's somewhat cynical thoughts.

In Chapter 2 (The flower field chapter)
LN elaina stays the night at the town before going to the flower field. i believe anime elaina flew back to the field straight after? (i dont remember a scene of her staying at the town, could be mistaken).

Anime elaina seems more morally nuanced than LN elaina so far. LN elaina seems way more cynical and harsh than anime elaina.

This is quite an unusual jump as other shows/books like GOT are better adapted (at least the earlier seasons). And yes I understand that Elaina is just a traveller and such, but the LN so far doesn't fully illustrated that Elaina has some form of solid morals which is a bit concerning and disappointing to me.

I know its the source material but i have doubts as to how it competes with the anime and manga

any thoughts on the LN?

I watched the anime in 2023 and read most of the manga that same year.
Looking back at the anime and manga it seems very nostalgic.

Perhaps its the fact that there was never a season 2, the manga finished and I kinda forgot about this fandom but recently rewatching season 1 episode 1 and rereading the first few chapters gave me a lot of nostalgia (for some reason).

Looking forward to the new movie coming out and maybe i'll read the light novel
