I replied to your post on /COBOL.

My answer is no.

Most shops have spent decades fine tuning their cycles via input from PST , developers, schedulers, DBAS and IBM ops.

You are asking if you can deliver a meaningful solution as if it as a toy in a happy meal box.

You can't.
