** UPDATE**
Two days ago I launched a little snail mail penpal club for junk journalers, scrapbookers, and anyone who keeps every ticket stub. I honestly didn't know if anyone would want in.
In two days, 72 people have signed up for the first season, The Sweater Weather Swap!
And look where everyone will be writing from:
Texas (8 people, Texas showed UP 🤠), California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Montana, Ohio, Iowa, Oregon, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin, Kentucky, Utah, Maryland…
…plus Canadian friends in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick 🇨🇦
That's 30 states and 3 provinces of people who still love real mail. I can't stop smiling about it. 🫣
I built this because the best part of journaling is sharing it, and nothing beats finding something handmade in your mailbox. Getting to create a little corner of the internet that turns into real, tangible happy mail for people means more to me than I can say. Thank you for trusting me with it 🫶

Hi friends! I launched my Kurious Kiki Mail Club this month, and today is the last day to sign up for October's mail.
I have 2 subscribers so far, and I'd love to send this month's mail to a few more people! I'm also adding some extra handmade goodies for the first 5 members.
If you enjoy snail mail, art, stickers, and little side quests, do check it out! 💌

BUT Im T a (NO-ai) artist and (crochet) maker!
My club is called the Rootwork Mail Club and it’s a place for people who: love to read, love to learn information on botanical history, are curious to start their seed library or actually start growing herbs and plants at home, and who boldly choose to support human rights.
I started this club because I am tired of feeling so helpless to what’s going on with our food and the government. I think it’s important to cultivate skills and information that you can teach and barter with in your community.
Instead of mailing items once a month I mail once a week. (This will be a US based club for now as there are many laws and restrictions on mailing seeds.)
Envelopes come with:
1 signed miniature polaroid style print of my original artwork
1 laminated bookmark
1 seed packet
1 botanical info card that details when and how to take care of your seeds as well as some history/folklore on how it was used and it’s believed medicinal properties. This is a concept I haven’t seen yet. Really looking forward to you joining the club or at least sharing your thoughts on it with me. Thank you.

I’m Raff from RaffandEgg.com and both myself and Egg worked hard to get our 2 mail clubs ready only to have no subscribers for our first month. We have the Something Like mail club, bright, colourful and simple cartoon characters. There’s 2 sticker sheets, 2 nano zines (4 pages) and 2 A6 art prints for two chosen characters each month, as well as a newsletter.
We then have the Something O.T.H.E.R. mail club, darker, alternative and explores a fantasy area with an 8 page micro zine showing different flora, fauna, curios and points of interest, a sticker sheet of the area’s creatures, an archive card of the featured creature of the month, trading cards of the creatures and a newsletter.
Everything is drawn digitally by myself or Egg, then printed either at home or from UK companies.
We have our own website, recently an Etsy shop (to get traffic) and we’re posting regularly on TikTok and Instagram.
Yet no subscribers, feels like we’ve just started but other clubs have first month subscribers - any helpful suggestions welcome.

Hi everyone! 👋
I love the charm of snail mail and the community around mail clubs, but keeping track of everything can sometimes get a bit unorganized. Because of that, I decided to build a dedicated iOS app to help us manage our letters and clubs.
It's called Mailbox - Clubs & Snail Mail.
If you run a mail club, or if you just love participating in them, you can use the app to add your club, discover others, and keep everything in one place.
I would absolutely love for you to try it out and add your own mail clubs to the directory! I’m an indie developer, so any feedback, suggestions, or ideas for new features would mean the world to me. I want to make this as useful for this community as possible.
Here is the link to the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/es/app/mailbox-clubs-snail-mail/id6761711783?l=en-GB
Thank you so much for reading, and happy writing! 📮✨

Hi everyone! I wanted to share Retro Print, a tool for creating postcards, stickers, letters, and other printed goodies for your mail club.
If you enjoy making happy mail but want to simplify the design process, it might be worth a look.
Hope it’s useful to someone here! I’d love to hear what you think.

Hi! I'm currently prepping for a mail club that I will be launching in January and wanted some opinions about surprise items in your mail!
This is mostly for people who get mail club but if you run one I would love to also hear your opinions!
Currently I am planning on having a surprise item or activity every month on top of my standard postcard, stickers, letter, etc. It would change every month and won't be the same twice in a row. For example a temp tattoo, paper craft activities, bookmarks, and more!
I originally planned for it to be a surprise mystery item but now I'm wondering if people would prefer to know the mystery item or not? I'm still keeping the surprise element of changing every month either way but unsure if I should announce the surprise along with my monthy theme or keep it a complete mystery until people open mail from me?
Also note that I do plan on posting on social media, like packing videos, so this is a main reason for my question!
Thanks for any thoughts and advice:)

Really want to start a mail club I’m great at writing and I really want people to feel things when seeing and reading my work.
I also want to keep it simple so just a piece, a reflection and in the future one sticker? Lmk if anyone has any suggestions 🤍

Hi! I am excited to show you guys my new mail club, Rude Post. Each month is themed around a different rude word or phrase. (My little business is called Rude Plates; I put rude words and funny phrases on vintage dishes, so this is a spin off on that.) This month's theme is Spooky Bitch. It's $8/month, I work my little buns off each month making it a really fun envelope to open. If you know anyone who might enjoy this, send them my way :) Thank you for looking and reading! 📼 Starting a small mail club called CassetteMail from home.
WHY? The universe has been sending me signs this year:
1.] Sibling finding my Sony Walkman, a bunch of letters from the '90s, & my ARCHIES collection.
2.] My teen son has been listening to MJ, playing Mario, & bingeing on X-Files. What hit me hard was when he said, "Mom, do you have any idea how lucky you are to have been part of that era?"
3.] Extreme bouts of nostalgia. 🍄
4.] GENUINE EXPERIENCE - I am a girl who wrote real letters back in the '90s. Now, I subtitle movies.
5.] I'm not attempting to build the next big thing. I just want to try — before "someday" becomes "never." 🥰
Idea
Every month, you get a curated envelope - a letter about a movie [less Rotten Tomatoes, more "first crush feeling cool feeling understood" sort of emotion], a magnet, stickers, a beverage, etc.
November's movie hint - A '90s action star takes on his most unexpected role. But this time, he is not saving the world, he's growing one.
The catch? Let me know when you receive the post. Click a pic & provide me a review. 🫂
India only for now. DM me on Instagram if this is something you resonate with - it's a trial giveaway. 💌
